Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of 1Dashboard ("the Service"), operated by Insighter Apps. By using 1Dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

1Dashboard aggregates lead and marketing data from third-party sources (CRMs, spreadsheets, ad platforms) into a unified interface for viewing, filtering, and analysis. The Service is provided on a beta basis and is subject to change.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Access to 1Dashboard is currently invite-only. Approval of your access request is at our discretion.

3. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload, sync, or otherwise provide to 1Dashboard. We store and process this data on your behalf strictly to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

4. Third-party services

1Dashboard connects to third-party services (Google, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Cloudflare D1, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third party's rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Upload malware or malicious code

6. Availability + disclaimers

1Dashboard is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Insighter Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

8. Termination

You may stop using 1Dashboard at any time and request deletion of your data (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if the Service is discontinued.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
