Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 1Dashboard ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Insighter Apps, collects, uses, stores, and protects information — including Google user data — when you use our service at app.1dashboard.io.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and profile picture, provided when you sign in.
Integration credentials: encrypted OAuth tokens and API keys you provide when connecting third-party services (Google, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Lead data: customer/prospect records synced from your connected CRMs, landing pages, and spreadsheets. This is your data — we store it on your behalf.
Usage analytics: non-identifying aggregate metrics about how the product is used (page loads, feature clicks) to improve reliability.
2. Google user data — what we access, why, and how
When you connect your Google account to 1Dashboard, you grant us access to specific Google APIs via OAuth 2.0. Below is the full list of Google API scopes we may request, what each is used for, and how we handle the data:

| spreadsheets | (Requested only when you use the Export feature.) Create a new spreadsheet in your Drive and write your 1Dashboard leads into it on a schedule you choose. We only write to spreadsheets we create for you. |
| drive.file | (Requested only when you use the Export feature.) Necessary to create files (spreadsheets) that 1Dashboard owns on your behalf. We do not access files created outside 1Dashboard. |
| adwords | (Requested only when you connect Google Ads.) Read your Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, and daily performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) so we can display cost-per-lead and ROAS alongside your 1Dashboard leads. We do not create, modify, or delete ads. |
3. Limited Use — compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy
1Dashboard's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the app (viewing leads, connecting integrations, importing/exporting Google Sheets, viewing Google Ads performance).
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or as part of a merger/acquisition. We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have explicit consent, it is required for security purposes (e.g. investigating abuse), or it is required to comply with applicable law.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized machine-learning models.
4. How we store your data
All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1, R2). OAuth refresh tokens and integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Session cookies are HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and expire after 30 days of inactivity.
5. Data retention
Google user data (imported spreadsheet rows, Ads metrics) is retained for as long as your 1Dashboard workspace is active. You may disconnect any integration at any time from the Integrations page — this stops future syncing but does not automatically delete previously-imported records.
To fully delete all Google-sourced data associated with your account, use the "Delete workspace" action in Settings, or email us at [email protected]. We will delete the data within 30 days of receiving your request.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of service providers, strictly for operating 1Dashboard:
- Cloudflare — hosting, database, storage
- Resend — transactional email delivery (magic links, notifications)
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our users or the public.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct or update your information
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data (via the leads-export tools or by emailing us)
- Revoke Google's authorization at any time via Google Account permissions
8. Children
1Dashboard is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of 1Dashboard after such changes constitutes acceptance.
